I'd definitely recommend Yakima Moneytree to my family & friends
I've used this Moneytree on a few different occasions. It's great to see the employees who are very efficient, professional and friendly. The store is always clean & taken care of, even on very busy times/days. I've cashed check there & also sent/received Western Union. Staff needs to learn professionalism

On Saturday, I wanted to cash a $4800 check from the county treasurer.
On Saturday,I wanted to cash a $4800 check from the county treasurer. Because of the amount they wouldn't cash it until they was able to speak to someone at the county office. Monday being a holiday, I''d have to wait until Tuesday. Was told they had to confirm I received the check legitimately. I've never had a problem cashing any checks and I've been a customer for years. Tuesday I can cash it at the bank it Was issued on a lot cheaper. Was so embarrassed. Customer service is always great.
Customer service is always great. I have the ION visa card, but cancelling it soon. Costs $5 a month for unlimited transactions and free money orders, but takes forever to get your money refunded if you end up w/fraud charges. - Michelle S., 2/9/2013

So far, the ION card has been a pain
So far, the ION card has been a pain in the butt. They told me that everything would be easier, and that it will be cheaper than the Cash Solutions Card. Well, this morning I found out why it is cheaper. They have apparently saved money on customer service. BE VERY CAREFUL SWITCHING TO THE ION CARD! My money transfer disappeared this morning. I couldn't pay for breakfast (embarrassing), had to go back home (couldn't get gas) because Money Tree LOST MY MONEY! When you sign up for the ION card, understand that when you transfer money to your account, you will still get a text message saying your card is loaded, but your money could end up anywhere. When I switched to the ION card, I asked them if there was any way my money transfer could be lost or end up going to the old card. "No sir, that isn't possible. Your money transfers will go as smoothly as they have in the past." Apparently they still have some work to do on the ION card. DON'T SWITCH CARDS! - Cris W., 11/13/2012
