Spoke to an employee today named Randi and she was the most helpful customer service person I have talked to in a long long time. She really really took her time with me in explaining their new system and tax forms that are required and the way that she took her time with me and in such a positive light really made me feel like I was such an important customer. She also truly has a gift in which she knows how to reiterate back how the customer is feeling which made me feel a hundred times better. I've been a customer for over 20 years and the new online system is a bit confusing and she made me feel truly helped and above all, completely understood and so I therefore felt heard. She is one of those rare people that truly wants to go above and beyond to help people. Even in trying to find an answer from the call center, she called them herself and then called me back. That really is a sign of somebody who wants to truly help someone with their confusion in questions. Kudos to Randi and I hope that the branch manager is reading this and knows how extremely valuable of an employee she is. Top notch! 100 stars to her!

I have been using Money-tree services for quite some time now and I would like to say I am very pleased. I don’t like banks and I am glad there is an alternative. Without these individuals I could not get my money when I want and how I want. Ivy and his colleagues have help me eliminate a lot of stress. Their hours of operation have help me out tremendously. I have informed my coworkers about money- tree, some have taken my advice, some have not. There have been some positive outcomes. The one’s that have not well they’ve had some bad outcomes.
