I walked into Moneytree after going to several other establishments to get a refund for a moneyorder that the company I sent it to did not accept it as an option for payment. I even went back to the place I originally got it and they couldn't cash it for me and told me I'd have to call Western Union and work it out with them. By this time I was very frustrated with the system. Then I encountered Xzandria. Her big smile and can-do spirit gave me hope. She got on that phone with Western Union and after several hand offs and waiting on the phone they figured out what was holding up the process. After they got confirmation
they released it and Xzandria was able to process the money order for me. No one else in any of the other locations took the time to help me but Xzandria did! Great customer service!! Thank you for making my day a better day!😀
