I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle when I needed a refund for a Western Union money order in early January '26.

First, let me say that Michelle's impressive level of professionalism is above par and rarely matched in today's Customer Service industry, and that the MoneyTree Corporation is blessed beyond measure to have her as an employee.

Michelle's infectious smile and genuine desire to help reassured me from the outset that my needs would be attended to as expeditiously as possible (which they were).

All this being said, I have decided that the MoneyTree location at Havana and Colfax will be my new home and go-to for any of the money services I may need that they provide and look forward to interacting with Michelle again --- or any of the other employees under her supervision and in her charge.
