In accordance with federal regulations, until it is activated and registered, a prepaid card is subject to initial load limitations, may not be used for ATM use, international transactions or account-to-account transfers, or be reloaded. Residents of the State of Vermont are ineligible to open a Card Account.

There is no fee for cash withdrawals or reloads for Netspend cards purchased at Moneytree locations when the cash withdrawal or reload is competed at Moneytree. Cash withdrawal or reload fees may be assessed by other locations and may vary from location to location. See the Cardholder Agreement for details.

How it Works

OPEN A NETSPEND PREPAID CARD ACCOUNT AT ANY US MONEYTREE BRANCH

Visit any U.S. Moneytree Branch and ask a Teller how to get your new card today. Choose your card design and your personalized card will arrive in about 7-10 business days. You'll get a temporary card to use until you receive and activate your personalized card.

California: A payday loan costs approximately $17.65 per $100 borrowed. For example, a $100 loan due in 14 days would have a total repayment amount of $117.65 and has an APR (Annual Percentage Rate) of 460.16%.* Moneytree, Inc. is licensed by the Department of Business Oversight pursuant to the California Deferred Deposit Transaction Law to make consumer loans. Colorado: The amount of payments will vary based on the loan amount, the number of payments and the length of the loan. Using a $300 loan as an example: If you borrow $300 to be repaid in 6 months, the total finance charges would be $209.44, with an APR (Annual Percentage Rate) of 208.00%.* The finance charges and APR are based upon you agreeing to make 13 payments of $36.39 due every two weeks and one final payment of $36.37.
