Great first experience getting a Netspend card; I will be back to this location.
I had never been to Moneytree before – I saw it passing by, so I went in and spoke with Shannon who helped me understand about the Netspend card. I stopped by this store tonight after moving
I stopped by this store tonight after moving out of the immediate area 10 years ago thinking there''s no way they still have my account on file. I handed my ID to Isamar and seconds later she said, welcome back John, how have you been. She took a minute to update my information and in less than five minutes my two checks were cashed and I was back in my car. It was like visiting old friends. Every time I go into the store I am treated with respect
Every time I go into the store I am treated with respect and everyone is very courteous especially Micheal. He was very patient with me and if there was something that I did not understand he took the time to explain it without looking the least bit annoyed. My only issue is that I paid off my Title Loan a few weeks ago and still have not gotten my title back so my car sits unregistered until they finally get back to me and I feel that it is ridiculous because it didnt take me weeks to give them my title but it takes weeks to get it back. Again every is super nice but every time I speak with someone they tell me something different and they keep saying that ill get it "tomorrow" or to call customer service. I honestly just very frustrated but the customer service is pretty good - Angel, 3/26/2015

This location is consistently SLOW
