Does Moneytree obtain a consumer report on my credit as part of the loan application process?
Moneytree obtains consumer reports on your credit as part of some of its application processes, and we may report information concerning your performance of those loans such as late payments, missed payments, etc. Moneytree may also obtain consumer reports for a variety of other reasons, including but not limited to the following: to update, verify or change your account information; to investigate, prevent or mitigate the identity theft of any person; to verify your status under the Military Lending Act; to attempt collection on your account; or to comply with state database requirements, where applicable.
