Payment Coordinator (Checks) - Collection Rep-Checks


In this role, as the Collection Representative - Checks, you will initiate and respond to customer contact in order to collect outstanding checks and business loan debts. You will provide each caller with exceptional customer service; you will support the success of the department and you will contribute in a positive manner to a work environment that is professional, productive and safe.

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager creates, implements and oversees advertising and communication programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products including TV, radio, print collateral, brochures, or other promotional items that are consumer/employee facing.  The Marketing Manager owns the tactical execution and day-to-day management of campaigns and marketing initiatives that result in new customers, increased profitability of new and existing products and services, and increased brand awareness.  The position also monitors and reports campaign execution in order to optimize performance and achieve business goals.  This role reports to the Director of Marketing, and works cross-functionally with many departments.  

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to build integrated and effective marketing campaigns that result in new customers, increased profitability of new and existing products and increased brand awareness.
  • Contribute to the development of annual marketing plan by devising an advertising and promotions execution plan that details activities, budgets and deliverables for the team to follow during the year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives, achieving business goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Define project scopes, goals, budgets and deliverables.
  • Collaborates with Project Manager on project, resources and vendor management.
  • Oversee the design, writing, editing of all collateral materials, newsletters, and marketing communications material as required by internal clients.
  • Assist the Marketing Director in planning, managing marketing projects, campaigns and internal/external communications.
  • Work with agency partners and executive team to create and produce impactful advertising.
  • Assess the effectiveness of brand advertising and promotions. Optimize advertising programs to maximize business goals including sales growth, ROI, brand awareness, etc.
  • Conduct and analyze marketing program performance including testing where applicable.  Provide reporting analysis as defined by program.
  • Manage the advertising and promotions budget. Deliver all marketing activity within agreed budget.   
  • Adhere to Moneytree’s business policies, procedures, and employment practices. 
Knowledge and Skill Requirments:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; and 5-7 years’ experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing mass media and advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing practices.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
