Lead Payment Coordinator

To initiate and respond to customer contact in order to collect outstanding debts; to provide each caller with exceptional customer service and to contribute in a positive manner to a work environment that is professional, productive and safe. Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Processes hardship accounts; reviews accounts with next work dates greater than 30 days away
  • Accurately answers questions from and provides timely support to branch employees related to returned items
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service during each interaction
  • Assumes additional responsibilities, including (but not limited to) giving operational direction, as instructed by Management

Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager develops and implements the strategic online marketing plan to generate customer acquisition, drive online conversions and build brand awareness in the digital space. This position creates measurement processes and reporting of program metrics to monitor campaign successes and ROI in order to optimize performance and achieve business goals.  This role reports to the Director of Marketing and leads the work of the Digital Marketing team.  

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overseeing Moneytree websites including the advertising and content components.
  • Manages the Digital Marketing Team.
  • Partners with the Marketing Manager to build integrated marketing campaigns that result in new customers, increased profitability of new and existing products and increased brand awareness.
  • Contributes to the development of the Annual Marketing Plan by devising an online execution plan that details activities, budgets and deliverables for the Team to implement throughout the year.
  • Manages the Online Marketing Budget. Delivery of all online marketing activity within agreed upon budget.
  • Defines project scopes, goals, budgets and deliverables.
  • Collaborates with Director and Marketing Manager on projects, resources and vendor management.
  • Monitors and reports on key online business and campaign metrics in order to optimize performance, identify trends and measure success.
  • Develops strategy and leads implementation of online customer acquisition programs: SEM & SEO effectiveness, social media engagement, content marketing, display advertising, email and mobile marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinates with Vendor to develop web-based marketing campaigns including pay-per-click ad programs to generate customer acquisition and drive online conversions.
  • Leads all aspects of search advertising in conjunction with Vendor, including competitor analysis, keyword strategies.
  • Drives comprehensive social media and internet community campaigns to generate interaction, customer engagement, brand exposure, customer reviews and referrals.
  • Analyzes marketing tactic performance, including testing and segmentation where applicable. Provides reporting analysis as defined by program plan.
  • Stays abreast of changes in the online marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field; and 5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing, including supervisory experience.
  • Experience developing and leading technical projects including web projects.
  • Experience managing SEO/SEM, social media, reputation management, content marketing and analytics.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic skills; ability to take insights and information to make informed decisions and provide recommendations that move the business forward.

The Print and Procurement Coordinator supports Administrative Services by ensuring that schedules for internal and external production of print and promotional items are carried out within deadlines and consistent with company policy. This involves management and oversight of daily and long range projects that vary from sourcing inventory to maintaining schedules from concept to distribution.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Moneytree Stores and Corporate Office.
  • Track and maintain schedules for internal and external production of print and promotional items from concept to distribution.
  • Source, procure and maintain inventory levels of print, promotional items, and Administrative Services stocked store supplies. Expedite orders to meet production deadlines.
  • Provide backup for internal production and fulfillment activities including copying, mail, fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and interoffice mail between the Corporate Office, the Payment Center and all Moneytree Branch locations.
  • Backup Administrative Services Production Manager.
  • Prioritizes daily and long-range projects.
  • Ensures all activities are carried out consistent with company policy and within deadlines.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience procuring printed materials.
