Lead Payment Processor for Debt Collections


To initiate and respond to customer contact in order to collect outstanding debts; to provide each caller with exceptional customer service and to contribute in a positive manner to a work environment that is professional, productive and safe.   • • Reviews and takes appropriate action on accounts in Manager Review, Lead, 91, and other accounts as directed by Supervisor or Department Manager. Conducts audits of accounts in HOLD, DLY, CCCS, and Slow Pay; processes hardship accounts; reviews accounts with next work dates greater than 30 days away
  • • Accurately answers questions from and provides timely support to branch employees related to returned items
  • • Maintains the highest level of customer service during each interaction
  • • Assumes additional responsibilities, including (but not limited to) giving operational direction, as instructed by Management

In this role, as the Collection Representative - Checks, you will initiate and respond to customer contact in order to collect outstanding checks and business loan debts.
