What you will do!
Your duties will include handling inbound and outbound customer calls; providing customers with product and service information; processing online loan applications; and, providing support to our retail Teams.
You will engage active listening skills; convey compassion and sensitivity; communicate and restate ideas clearly; be professional and diplomatic; show genuine interest in the customer; and strive to exceed customers' expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service during every interaction.
What you must bring!
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service/Call Center Environment
- Extraordinary customer service and communication skills
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Multi-functioning telephone system experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
