• Selects accounts for possible repossession action based on established procedures. Responsible for all administration, correspondence and documentation throughout the entire repossession process.
• Responds to and effectively manages calls related to repossession.
• Effectively presents payment options as applicable to Title Loan customers. Analyzes and uses information to negotiate appropriate payment arrangements. Clearly and accurately communicates information to customers.


Required Experience:
• Consumer Collection Experience
• Minimum of 2 years Management or Supervisory experience

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
