  • Address merchandising requests and updates from Branch Managers, District Managers and marketing leadership
  • Conduct on site retail merchandising reviews and audits
  • Responsible for managing in-Branch music and fragrance programs
  • Maintain in Branch digital display content
  • Role requires overnight travel throughout the western U.S. and Canada

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities include:

  • Manage all email campaign compliance documentation
  • Set up and maintain campaign analytics
  • Build campaigns, testing and optimizing to hit internal KPI goals
  • Prepare ad hoc, weekly and monthly KPI reporting
  • Write and prepare updates and communications for internal stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field and 2-3 years’ relevant experience
  • Familiarity with using marketing automation or email tools (Constant Contact, MailChimp, Pardot, ExactTarget, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Intermediate proficiency with HTML and CSS
  • Experience with SQL and audience segmentation and targeting

Bilingual Payment Coordinator (Checks) - Collection Rep-Checks

In this role, as the Bilingual Payment Coordinator (Checks), you will initiate and respond to customer contact in order to collect outstanding checks and business loan debts. You will provide each caller with exceptional customer service; you will support the success of the department and you will contribute in a positive manner to a work environment that is professional, productive and safe.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accurately answers questions from and provides timely support to Branch Team Member
  • Meets call volume targets. Keeps portfolio up to date, and assists on other portfolios as needed. Follows applicable scripts as directed. Transfers escalated calls as needed
  • Offers Speedpay as a payment method when applicable; meets all criteria and standards when accepting and processing Speedpays
  • Successfully negotiates payment of returned checks with makers and payees. Clearly explains the Holder in Due Course doctrine. Actively listens and engages makers and customers to gather information. Builds rapport. Analyzes and uses information to negotiate payment; effectively presents payment options
  • Accurately documents accounts in a timely manner based on information gathered and action taken

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities include:

  • 5 + years of collection experience
  • Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
