- Apply online. Complete the short application; we’ll review your submission and contact you if more information is needed. After you’ve been approved you will be able to request the amount you need and choose how you will receive your loan funds. You can have your loan instantly deposited onto your Cash Solution Card, deposited into your checking account as early as the next business day or pick up your funds at a branch anytime.
- Apply over the telephone. Call the Customer Service Department at 800.745.1011. We'll take your loan application over the phone, complete the paperwork while you're at home and all of your documents will be ready to sign when you visit a branch.

What happens after I’ve applied?
Once you’ve completed the Loan Application, we begin the process of verifying the information. If you apply at a branch, your application will be reviewed immediately. If you’ve applied online we’ll respond with your loan status within 60 minutes. Our approval process is completed on an individual basis and not by a computer. We're available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
