Three Ways to Send Moneytree Paperwork to Update your Account!
If we’ve asked you to provide proof of income or any other type of paperwork for your account, here are three simple ways you can deliver that to us.
- Fax – Fax your paystub, award letter, or any other document toll-free: 877.557.0337
- Email – Scan and email your document(s) to us at: verifyinfo@moneytreeinc.com.
- Visit a Branch – Bring your paperwork to any Moneytree branch. If you’re a Washington customer and have a mobile device (iPhone, BlackBerry, etc.) and can access paystub information via your phone, you can pull up paperwork this way at a branch.
On faxed or emailed documents, please ensure your name and date of birth are visible; this will help our Customer Service Department quickly match the document(s) to your account.
