Graveyard Teller

Call Center Receptionist

This is a valued position within the organization as you represent Moneytree to our customers.  At Moneytree, our mission is to exceed customers’ expectations by delivering exceptional customer service.  Therefore, as a Call Center Receptionist, you support the Call Center by answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding them to the appropriate people, while delivering exceptional customer service at all times.  Other duties may include general administrative tasks such as data entry, sorting mail, copy/faxing or completing daily audits.  While contributing in a positive manner to the work environment, you will display courtesy and respect towards team members and customers at all times.  It is important that you are punctual, professional, and friendly, that you display a cooperative and helpful attitude, and that you work accurately and efficiently.

Administrative Services Specialist 1

This position will be responsible for carrying out daily production and distribution activities within Administrative Services including copying, mailing, fulfillment, shipping and receiving and interoffice mail between the Corporate Office, the Payment Center and all Moneytree Branch locations.

Other key duties include printing and mailing of all letters generated by the Payment Center, inventory maintenance, assisting with outside print production coordination, distribution of printed materials and providing messenger service between the Corporate Office and the Payment Center.
