Moneytree is committed to providing team members with a competitive wage and benefits package. The information below briefly describes several Moneytree employee benefits. Additionally, benefits are available to both full and part time employees.
Health Insurance
Moneytree offers fully-paid medical, dental and vision insurance coverage. Coverage is also available for spouses, domestic partners and qualified dependents at the employee’s expense. Qualified dependent coverage is available at a significantly reduced rate. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following 90 days of employment.
Profit Sharing Retirement Plan
To help our employees plan for their future, Moneytree offers a profit sharing retirement plan that is fully funded by the company.
Tuition Reimbursement
Moneytree reimburses full-time employees up to $2,000 per calendar year for college tuition and part-time employees up to $1,000 per calendar year for college tuition after six months of employment.
Monthly bonuses
Performance bonuses are paid monthly to all branch and Payment Center employees.
Vacation
Full-time employees accrue paid vacation at the rate of two to four weeks per year, depending on length of employment. Part-time employees also accrue vacation based on their hours worked.
Sick Leave
Moneytree’s sick leave plan provides employees with a continuation of income during short periods of illness. Employees may accrue up to 40 hours of paid sick leave time per year.
Employee Assistance Program
Moneytree provides an Employee Assistance Program also known as DirectLinc, which offers confidential and professional counseling services to all eligible employees and their family members. This program is designed to help with a variety of every day problems, including marital and family issues, stress, emotional distress, chemical dependency, child and elder care, legal questions, tax problems, pre-retirement planning, and financial and credit concerns.
Long-Term Disability Plan
Moneytree’s long-term disability plan includes group long-term disability insurance, group life insurance and group accidental death, dismemberment and loss of sight insurance.
Career Advancement
Moneytree employees regularly find advancement opportunities on the job bulletin that is posted weekly. Over 80% of Branch and Assistant Managers have been promoted from within. Opportunities are also regularly available at the Payment Center, the Customer Service Call Center and at the Corporate Office.
Additional Benefits
As a Moneytree employee, you are eligible to receive no-fee check cashing and a reduced check cashing rate for your spouse or domestic partner.
