In 2007, Moneytree joined the Urban League of San Diego County to launch financial literacy education workshops. The workshops, aimed at helping youth and adults, focus on basic banking, household budgeting, investing, credit management and saving.

That same year, Moneytree supported the Urban League’s California wildfire relief efforts.

The Urban League of San Diego is a community-based organization that serves over 10,000 people. The nonprofit organization works to close equality gaps for people at all economic stages of life and help individuals and communities reach their fullest potential.
