Moneytree has supported Dress for Success programs in Washington and San Diego since 2003. Additionally the Corporate Office is a drop off location for the public to make clothing donations to the Dress for Success Seattle program.

Dress for Success programs provide disadvantaged women with business suits, confidence-boosting counseling and career development advice as they prepare to enter the professional work force. After a woman has completed a job readiness program, they arrive at a Dress for Success boutique for help choosing business attire as they prepare for a job interview. This visit is the first step in a series of services Dress for Success provides. Once employed, clients receive a week’s worth of appropriate workplace attire, are partnered with a successful businesswoman in the community for guidance and career-building insight and attend a monthly networking women’s group.
