SEATTLE – The San Diego Business Journal named Moneytree one of San Diego’s 50 Best Places to Work
during their 10th annual awards event on May 20, 2009. Moneytree was ranked #8 on the Medium-Sized
Companies list. This was the first time Moneytree was honored on the annual San Diego list.
The Best Companies to Work for in San Diego awards program is open to all for-profit and non-profit
organizations in the state, and ranks companies in three company size categories: Small-Sized Companies (15 –
24 employees), Medium-Sized Companies (25-199 employees) and Large-Sized Companies (200 employees or
more).
To compile this year’s list of the 50 Best Companies to Work For, the Best Companies Group conducted an
assessment of participating companies. The two-part comprehensive survey required the employer to complete a
questionnaire, and also gathered anonymous feedback from the employees of that company. Seventy-five percent
of the results were based on employee feedback.
