Google Moneytree
Google and/or Internet Moneytree offers "free kits" sometimes described as enabling people to earn money working at home. We have erroneously received numerous complaints when consumers have been billed on a monthly basis for the free kits. We are actively working with Google to stop the improper use of the Google and Moneytree names.
If you have a complaint about Google Moneytree, most states have a Consumer Protection Division in the office of the state Attorney General. If you have a complaint against this company, we recommend you contact the appropriate Consumer Protection Division department in your state. Moneytree would be happy to cooperate with an investigation that any state undertakes.
Moneytree Funding
This company has apparently been operating out of Woodland Hills/Canoga Park in California and is not affiliated with Moneytree, Inc. and is not authorized to use the Moneytree name. Moneytree Funding and its successor have apparently been offering sales leads to realtors and assistance in obtaining mortgage financing to home buyers or home owners. We have received numerous complaints about this entity from realtors, home buyers and owners seeking mortgages. Moneytree has received a judgment in federal court against the unincorporated association Moneytree Funding.
