 Moneytree joined the Urban League of San Diego County to launch financial literacy education workshops in 2007. The workshops are aimed at helping youth and adults develop knowledge about basic banking, budgeting, investing, credit management and saving. That same year, Moneytree supported the Urban League’s California wildfire relief efforts.
The Urban League of San Diego is a community-based organization that serves over 10,000 people. The nonprofit organization works to close equality gaps for people at all economic stages of life and help individuals and communities reach their fullest potential.
