Therefore, as a Call Center Receptionist, you support the Call Center by answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding them to the appropriate people, while delivering exceptional customer service at all times. Other duties may include general administrative tasks such as data entry, sorting mail, copy/faxing or completing daily audits. While contributing in a positive manner to the work environment, you will display courtesy and respect towards team members and customers at all times. It is important that you are punctual, professional, and friendly, that you display a cooperative and helpful attitude, and that you work accurately and efficiently.
