A successful Branch Manager will embody what Moneytree stands for when overseeing the success of employment practices and their branch’s operations. You are responsible for clearly defining the expectations of team members while providing ongoing feedback, direction, redirection, training, conflict resolution and/or recognition. You will also be held accountable for effectively applying sound management decisions that support Moneytree’s business goals, building positive and productive relationships, and leading by example throughout all aspects of business operations.
As a Branch Manager, you will also perform the tasks of a Teller, Vault Teller and Assistant Branch Manager during the typical workday. Therefore your most important responsibility will be delivering personalized, friendly service to ensure that our customers feel appreciated and valued. While contributing in a positive manner to the work environment, you will display courtesy and respect towards team members and customers at all times. It is important that you are punctual, professional, and friendly, that you display a cooperative and helpful attitude, and that you conduct transactions accurately and efficiently.
