Bilingual Vault Teller (English/Spanish)

In this advanced position, you serve as a role model to other branch employees in overall attitude, motivation and individual performance. Therefore, it is crucial to exemplify excellent customer services at all times in both English and Spanish to accommodate the needs of more of our customers. In addition, you are also responsible for ensuring your branch is opened and closed on time as well as safeguarding the vault assets. As a Bilingual Vault Teller, you will also perform duties of a Bilingual Teller during a typical work day.

Compliance Director

The Compliance Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering all aspects of the Company’s Compliance Management Program.  This position plans, organizes and implements the Company’s administrative, lending and operational compliance activities.  The Compliance Director oversees the Company’s communications with state and federal governmental agencies, manages state and federal examinations, from preparation through remediation, ensures that state and federal reports are compiled and filed on a timely basis, and communicates directly with the board on Compliance Management Program issues.  The Compliance Director also provides guidance for the Board and senior management on matters relating to compliance and implements the necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of an effective compliance program.  Some travel may be required.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience working in a compliance management capacity for a financial institution, regulatory agency, or with similar responsibility.
  • Strong leadership skills with a commitment to assume responsibility and effectively collaborate across all levels of an organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state financial services industry regulation.
  • Excellent communication skills, research, writing and analytical skills; sound judgment, ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of financial services laws.
  • Proven skills and abilities in achieving results, setting and driving goals, decision making, problem resolution, research, writing legal opinions and litigation.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong personal initiative as well as good judgment supplemented by good analytical, organizational and planning skills.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquires regarding products, services and complaints.  The goal of this position is to provide each caller with exceptional customer service and to contribute in a positive manner to a work environment that is professional, productive and safe.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 1 year in Customer Service / Call Center environment
  • Keyboarding experience and basic math skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills (friendly, courteous & helpful)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; good grammar, voice and diction; ability to present information effectively
  • Ability to actively problem solve; able to ask questions, gather information and analyze that information in order to develop solutions to customer questions and issues
  • The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain a constructive and composed focus in all situations
  • Available to work various shifts, if needed (including weekends)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Part-Time Bilingual Vault Teller (English/Spanish)
