Assistant Branch Manager

This leadership position supports branch operations by following Moneytree’s mission to exceed customers’ expectations by delivering excellent customer service. In this position, you will assist in fostering a sense of teamwork and cooperation by setting a professional example for others to follow. Therefore, it is crucial to exemplify excellent customer service at all times. Under the direction of a Branch Manager, you may assist in operational coaching and ongoing employee training; you will build positive and productive relationships with others while behaving in accordance to the high ethical business principles and values Moneytree holds.

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will also perform the tasks of a Teller and Vault Teller during the typical workday. Therefore your most important responsibility will be delivering personalized, friendly service, ensuring that our customers feel appreciated and valued. While contributing in a positive manner to the work environment, you will display courtesy and respect towards team members and customers at all times. It is important that you are punctual, professional, and friendly, that you display a cooperative and helpful attitude, and that you conduct transactions accurately and efficiently.
