I haven't been to any Moneytree locations before and when I first walked in here I was surprised that the store was really clean. Matt greeted me with a super friendly smile. I only purchased a stamp and a money order. Since I was making payment on my car ticket and told him I haven't filled out a money order before he offered me help. His kindness and excellent customer service is something I'll remember coming back. Matt is a definitely an asset to Moneytree. - Justin C , 5/18/2014

I just called to see about cashing a rebate check for only $10.00 and the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and very helpful. Marysville wa location ... All customer service reps are great except for one, Matt he is very rude disrespectful and argues with one always. I will no longer go to his window. If you ever want good service from this branch DO NOT GO MATT's window. His customer service, knowledge, and kindness is the worst I have ever received. Matt is extremely rude, he profiles his customers and doesn't give a crap about you or your needs. He will not explain any of his own actions either. He will punish your customer good standings for another customers wrong doings. MATT should not work with the public. Everyone is better off to wait for the next teller. - Nicholle J. , 12/8/2012
