The finance charge for a payday loan up to $500 is $15 per $100 borrowed. For a loan over $500, the finance charge is $15 per $100 on the first $500 borrowed and $10 per $100 for the loan amount over $500.

The APR varies depending on the date the loan is due. The APR is the cost of your loan expressed as a yearly rate.

Using a $100 payday loan as an example:

14-Day Loan Term - APR is 391.07%

45-Day Loan Term - APR is 121.67%

Using a $700 payday loan as an example:

14-Day Loan Term - APR is 353.83%

45-Day Loan Term - APR is 110.08%

*The APR will increase if the term is less than 14 days or decrease if the term is more than 14 days.
