How to Activate Your Pin Debit Card
After you load funds onto your card for the first time, you must select both a PIN and password before you can use it at either ATMs or at merchants. 
- To select your PIN, call 800.881.1969, (this number is also printed on the back of your card) and follow the prompts to activate your card.
- To set your PIN and password, you will need to use the temporary four-digit password printed on the back of your card.
- During this call, you will be asked to change your temporary password in addition to setting your personal four-digit PIN.
- Your temporary password can only be used during this initial call.
What is my password and when do I use it?
Your password is used to access your account online at www.moneytreeinc.com. You will select your password the first time you log-in to your online card account. Your password must be 8 to 12 characters long, include both alphabetic and numeric characters at least one capital letter. You will enter your 16-digit card number and then be given instructions to verify and set your password.
