Step 1
Complete an information organizer and bring the following tax documents to any Moneytree branch:
• Wage statements (Form W-2) for you and your spouse
• Interest or other income earned statements (Form 1099-DIV or 1099-INT)
• Government-issued photo ID for you and your spouse
• Social security card for you, spouse, and dependents if available
• Other tax statements (if required per tax organizer)

Step 2
We’ll call you when your return is ready to review. If you are due a refund, you’ll decide which fast money option works best for you and then we will file your taxes.

Step 3
Pick up your tax return and cash your check at Moneytree.

You can pick up the tax forms at any Moneytree branch or print them by choosing the links below and drop them off at Moneytree. We’ll take it from there!
