Payday Loan Approval
3 Easy Ways to Apply for a Payday Loan
- Visit a Moneytree branch. To find a branch near you, please use our branch locator.
- Apply online for a payday loan by selecting your state of residence from the image to the right.
Once you’ve submitted your payday loan application, it will be reviewed by our Customer Service Department. During business hours, you will receive notification of the status of your application within 60 minutes. If we receive your application outside of business hours, we will respond within one hour of re-opening our office. If you would like a quicker loan approval outside of our Customer Service Department’s business hours, please visit any Moneytree branch.
Our Customer Service Department’s hours of operation are:
Monday through Friday: 7am – Midnight PST
Saturday and Sunday: 9am – Midnight PST
- Call the Customer Service Department at 800.745.1011 between 7am and Midnight Pacific Time, Monday through Friday and 9am to Midnight on Saturday and Sunday. We'll take your loan application over the phone, complete the paperwork while you're at home and all of your documents will be ready to sign when you go to the branch.
